Gliffy
If you are working cross-platform, and want to make diagrams, flow charts, floor plans or more, check out Gliffy. It’s a great, easy to use tool that is free for up to 5 public diagrams and 2MB of storage.

TrackRecord
If you use Basecamp, there are great tools out there to help you keep track of your time, without having to scribble it down on sticky notes that are stuck to the side of your monitor. For Mac users, TrackRecord is a seamless application for Basecamp that works like a stopwatch. Simply import your projects, assign a task to one, hit start and you are up and running without ever opening a browser window.
For PC users, some of the more noteworthy applications include Chronicle and Project Recon.
Google Maps
Want to add a fully interactive map to your website without spending anything? Go to Google Maps and search for the desired address. You can zoom in or out and move around on the map. Once you are satisfied with what you see, click the “Link” tab on the top-right of the map. To customize the size of the map, click “Customize and preview embedded map.” Copy the code from “Paste HTML to embed in website” and paste it where you would like the map to appear on your site.
TweetStats
TweetStats is a handy tool for individuals and businesses who want to see their Twitter statistics organized in a useful, yet visual way. TweetStats gives you useful data like which month, day and time you tweet most frequently. It also shows you who you interact with most often, your most frequent hashtags and what words most often appear in your tweets.
Amazon S3
Amazon’s Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3) is a file storage service that offers a fast, reliable, inexpensive way to store large files online. The service is great for storing video files, database backups or any other media type that requires a large amount of bandwidth and storage space.
